Point Appliance Care
Hello, I'm Richard Warner and have been running Point Appliance Care for 26 years. The "Point" is short for Hotpoint, as I set out as a Hotpoint specialist. These days I repair and carry parts for most makes of electric cookers and electric ovens plus most Hotpoint, Indesit, Zanussi and Bosch-Siemens washing machines.
My aim is to repair appliances first time, same day, mainly only using genuine parts.
I first started repairing appliances in 1986, 35 years ago working for a Zanussi agent. Then, in 1990 at the age of 20, I joined Hotpoint which later became Hotpoint/Creda, then Indesit and now whirlpool. I was promoted to a Senior Engineer and I left in 1995 to start up Point Appliance Care.

We also now sell spare parts, which I can drop off to you or can be picked up by arrangement from my home.
